The Mummy in 4K

The Mummy in 4K

Writer-director Stephen Sommers (Van Helsing) re-imagined the Boris Karloff horror classic as a light-hearted, Indiana Jones–style fantasy adventure. Future Oscar winners Brendan Fraser (The Whale) and Rachel Weisz (The Constant Gardener) star as an adventurer and a librarian who find love and danger in 1920s Egypt after inadvertently reviving the long-dead Imhotep. Benefiting from imaginative visual effects and a rousing symphonic score by Oscar-winner Jerry Goldsmith (The Omen), The Mummy was nominated for Sound (Leslie Shatz, Chris Carpenter, Rick Kline, Chris Munro).
