Drop-In Workshops for Families: The Skeleton Dance

Drop-In Workshops for Families: The Skeleton Dance

Join us in the Shirley Temple Education Studio for an art-making workshop inspired by The Skeleton Dance (1929)!

The Education team invites families to join museum educators every month to be inspired by the museum’s exhibitions and screenings to create, learn, and have fun!

Inspired by the Disney short film, The Skeleton Dance (1929), featured in the Inventing Worlds and Characters: Animation gallery, families can create their own dancing skeleton puppets!

Join us anytime from 12:30pm to 2:30pm in the Shirley Temple Education Studio on the museum’s Lower Level.

Workshop Dates and Times:

Saturday, October 5 and 12 | 12:30–2:30pm

Check back soon for upcoming workshop themes!

If you have any questions or need assistance planning your visit, please email museumeducation@oscars.org.
