The Rocketeer

The Rocketeer

There is a strong sense of justice in Joe Johnston’s superhero movie The Rocketeer, based on the character of the same name created by Dave Stevens. Stunt pilot Cliff (Billy Campbell) stumbles on a prototype jet pack, which turns him into a high-flying superhero, The Rocketeer. When his girlfriend (Jennifer Connelly) gets kidnapped by an evil Hollywood star, Neville Sinclair (Timothy Dalton), who’s in pursuit of the jet pack, Cliff must prepare for an epic showdown at the Griffith Observatory.
