The Pajama Game
The Pajama Game
The smash-hit Broadway romantic-comedy musical about a labor struggle in a pajama factory made a faithful and satisfying transition to the screen under the direction of George Abbott (who co-directed and co-wrote the stage production) and Stanley Donen. Doris Day plays Babe Williams, a factory worker and union activist who finds herself unexpectedly falling for new factory superintendent Sid (John Raitt, reprising his Broadway role). Bob Fosse recreated his memorable stage choreography for the film, and the song score by Richard Adler and Jerry Ross includes such classics as “I’m Not At All In Love,” “Hey There,” and “Steam Heat.”
All guests who present a ticket for a film screening, Tuesday through Saturday (and the first Sunday of every month), receive 10% off all food and non-alcoholic beverages at Fanny's. Discount only applicable on the same day as the screening and cannot be redeemed for another screening or date. Dinner reservations can be made on OpenTable or Resy.
