Bram Stoker's Dracula

Francis Ford Coppola returns to horror for the first time since his 1963 feature Dementia 13, with this visually lush remake of the vampire classic, which incorporates rarely filmed elements from Stoker’s original novel and pays homage to the Expressionist imagery of silent era masters like F.W. Murnau and Lotte Reiniger. Gary Oldman is the immortal Count, Winona Ryder is Mina, Keanu Reeves is barrister Jonathan Harker, and Eiko Ishioka’s Oscar-winning costumes are a dazzling highlight.
